This plug-in will allow the client to use DW Practice's in-house application specialized in resource and project management. VirtualPM is a tool that acts as an automated PM. It is very cost effective and manages all the project information in a centralized database that can be maintained at the client’s site or at our site. VirtualPM takes inputs from the PMO in terms of requirements and resources allocation with task association. VirtualPM will continue to take the inputs from project team and maintain the resources allocated Vs utilized Vs needed to finish the project. VirtualPM will send the automated reports to the preconfigured emails (can be configured individually for each project and also at a global level) at preconfigured intervals.
